agree 100%. Can't stand dogs and the stupidity of dog owners. They are simply dirty, noisy, annoying, stupid creatures. They bark endlessly, shed, climb on the furniture jump on guests, chase skateboarders/cyclists.
They can't help bring in the groceries, wash dishes, clean, cook, sweep, mop......they require energy output that could be used on somthing important, they cost money (food, vet etc.) basically they serve no purpose.

Hi Sandy just a few points on your comments. Laws express the State’s pessimism and desire to take control of its citizen’s movements, and more so today, as an economic machine? And, as the true sound of Liberty is the silence of the laws, citizens must judge for themselves how free they feel.

The idea of legal responsibilities is based around Rights and Obligations in our social exchanges. So, is the balance still in play or are there now changes in the relationship between the State and the People. That’s for all individuals to judge.

The economic argument is a misnomer with regard to recourses. All activity is one a valued judgement, if the act of legal offence is valued by the victim or the State, then the system of law is well paid for its involvement. The majority of the costs of law activity fall to the individuals involved in the majority of cases.

As the role and focus of the President’s office is to express his rights to make law under the Constitution, his power, is the power his office demands. Whilst he has strong powers he will generally base his legislative activity on his planned interest towards his governing ideals, which seems quite rational to me. The President’s focus and power is constitutionally based around Foreign Policy and the Military as well as Public Order. His legislative powers support him in his tenure, as well as giving him currency for negotiations with Congress. Local and regional laws are rarely influenced be Presidents to my understanding.

The definition of Politics is, “to have power ‘to’ and ‘over’ something, therefore all act of the judiciary are political.

Is it a question??? I think the best way to decide "what could that potentially mean for Google" is to ask the market. A quote from Reuters, Oct 23, http://tinyurl.com/y9e4zz

Google's market capitalization now exceeds $146 billion, higher than more established technology leaders, including IBM (IBM.N: Quote, Profile, Research), Intel Corp. (INTC.O: Quote, Profile, Research) or Hewlett-Packard Co. (HPQ.N: Quote, Profile, Research).

The Mountain View, California company ranks 14th in overall U.S. market terms, just behind Cisco Systems Inc. (CSCO.O: Quote, Profile, Research), at $148 billion, but far behind No. 1-ranked Exxon Mobil, with a $416 billion capitalization.

"Really the only major Internet stock now that a lot of people want to own is Google," said Standard & Poor's equity analyst Scott Kessler.
